GREENFLOC – Borate-free blown-in insulation for professional tradespeople

  • Lambda 037 from 28 kg/m³
  • Borate-free, environmental and economical cellulose insulation
  • One insulating material for any insulation thickness
  • joint-free and cavity-filling
  • No waste

GREENFLOC F
the all-round intelligent insulation solution

GREENFLOC F is a cellulose blown-in insulation obtained from sorted newspapers. The product‘s high quality is confirmed by a European approval and a natureplus certificate.

GREENFLOC processors appreciate the fast, easy processing of our high-quality insulating material due to its very good flow properties. A standard blowing machine transfers the cellulose insulation under pressure into the structural components to be insulated where it is injected in accordance with the processing guidelines.

The result is insulation that significantly reduces the energy costs for heating in winter and air conditioning in summer.

Tested quality – easy processing with great impact

Only high-quality raw materials are used in the production of GREENFLOC F cellulose insulation. To ensure the highest quality, every step must be monitored – from arrival of the raw materials to delivery of the finished product. Internal and external quality monitoring guarantees that the cellulose insulation complies with the highest European quality requirements.

Product benefits
  • Borate-free, environmental and economical cellulose insulation
  • Superior lambda values
  • One insulating material for any insulation thickness
  • Easy processing with standard blowing machines
  • No waste
  • No weak spots in the insulation layer as joint-free and cavity-filling
  • Can be used even for high delivery heads
  • High-quality UV-resistant product packaging

GREENFLOC F
for insulating walls, roofs, ceilings

008_NH_ThermoflocSeeboden

GREENFLOC F – for insulating walls, roofs and ceilings is transferred into the structural components under pressure using blowing machines and injected in accordance with the processing guidelines. Cracks, voids and corners are reliably filled by the blow-in insulation. The result: a continuous insulation layer capable of capillary diffusion, without waste, which guarantees a comfortable indoor climate in every season.

Product benefits
  • Fast, easy processing
  • Tested settling safety
  • Very good insulation values
  • natureplus-certified insulating material

GREENFLOC F
for insulating the top floor ceiling

_DSC8807

GREENFLOC F is the fast, cost-effective solution for insulating the top floor ceiling. If the attic is used for storage, GREENFLOC F is injected into the floor/ceiling structure to fill the space. If the attic is not in use, GREENFLOC F is blown onto the top floor ceiling. In this case, it is advisable to install a walkway, for example, which allows access to the roof hatch.

Product benefits
  • Fast, easy processing
  • Low material consumption
  • Very good insulation values
  • natureplus-certified insulating material

Area of use:

GREENFLOC F can be used for applications where the non-load-bearing insulating materials are injected into vertical or horizontal cavities to fill the space or are blown as loose fill onto horizontal, curved or slightly inclined (≤10°) surfaces.
